Section 619(j) of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act ( 20 U.S.C. 1419(j) ) is amended to read as follows: There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this section $418,000,000 for fiscal year 2016 and such sums as may be necessary for each succeeding fiscal year. .
