Section 211 ( 16 U.S.C. 5610 ) is amended to read as follows: There is authorized to be appropriated out of funds made available to the Secretary and the Secretary of State $500,000 for each of fiscal years 2017 through 2021 to carry out this title and to pay the United States contribution to the Organization as provided in Article IX of the Convention. .
