Sec. 703. Restoration of prior reporting fee multipliers

During the 10-year period beginning on September 26, 2015, the second sentence of subsection
(c)of section 3684 of title 38, United States Code, shall be applied— by substituting $8 for $12 ; and by substituting $12 for $15 . Section 406 of the Department of Veterans Affairs Expiring Authorities Act of 2014 ( Public Law 113–175 ; 38 U.S.C. 3684 note), as amended by section 410 of the Department of Veterans Affairs Expiring Authorities Act of 2015 ( Public Law 114–58 ), is hereby repealed.
