Section 8014 ( 20 U.S.C. 7714 ) is amended— in subsection (a), by striking $32,000,000 for fiscal year 2000 and such sums as may be necessary for each of the seven succeeding fiscal years and inserting such sums as may be necessary for each of fiscal years 2016 through 2021 ; in subsection (b), by striking $809,400,000 for fiscal year 2000 and such sums as may be necessary for each of the seven succeeding fiscal years and inserting such sums as may be necessary for each of fiscal years 2016 through 2021 ; in subsection (c), by striking $50,000,000 for fiscal year 2000 and such sums as may be necessary for each of the seven succeeding fiscal years and inserting such sums as may be necessary for each of fiscal years 2016 through 2021 ; by redesignating subsections
