Part D of title I ( 20 U.S.C. 6421 et seq. ) is amended— in section 1401(a)— in paragraph (1)— by inserting , tribal, after youth in local ; and by striking challenging State academic content standards and challenging State student academic achievement standards and inserting challenging State academic standards ; and in paragraph (3), by inserting and the involvement of their families and communities after to ensure their continued education ; in section 1412(b), by striking paragraph
