Section 1121 ( 20 U.S.C. 6331 ) is amended— in subsection (a), in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking and 1125A(f) ; and in subsection (b)(3)(C)(ii), by striking challenging State academic content standards and inserting challenging State academic standards .
