The following provisions of the Carl D. Perkins Act of 2006 ( 20 U.S.C. 2321 et seq. ) are repealed not later than 2 years after the date of enactment of this Act: Sections 111 through 113 ( 20 U.S.C. 2321 et seq. ). Section 114 ( 20 U.S.C. 2324 ).
