The following provisions of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 ( Public Law 111–5 ) are repealed not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of this Act: Sections 14005 and 14006 of division A (relating to Race to the Top). Section 14007 of division A (relating to investing in innovation).
