(g); in paragraph (8), by striking ; and and inserting a semicolon; and by striking paragraph
(9)and inserting the following: $166,000,000 for fiscal year 2016; and $169,000,000 for fiscal year 2017. ; and in subsection (b), by striking paragraph (3).
