Section 106(k)(1) is amended by striking subparagraphs
(A)through
(E)and inserting the following: $9,910,009,314 for fiscal year 2016; and $10,025,361,111 for fiscal year 2017. . Section 106(k)(2) is amended by striking for fiscal years 2012 through 2015 each place it appears and inserting for fiscal years 2016 through 2017 . Section 106(k)(3) is amended by striking 2012 through 2015 and for the period beginning on October 1, 2015, and ending on July 15, 2016 and inserting 2016 through 2017 .
