Section 106(k) of title 49, United States Code, is amended— by striking paragraph (1)(E) and inserting the following: $9,909,724,000 for each of fiscal years 2016 and 2017. ; and in paragraph
(3)by striking fiscal years 2012 through 2015 and all that follows through July 15, 2016, and inserting fiscal years 2012 through 2017, .
