Section 455(a)(3) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 1087e(a)(3) ) is amended— in the paragraph heading, by inserting before Temporary ; and Termination in subparagraph (A), in the matter preceding clause (i), by inserting , and ending on or before June 30, 2016 after 2012 . Sections 482(c) and 492 of the Higher Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 1089(c) ; 1098a) shall not apply to the regulations under this section.
