Section 2003(c) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1397b(c) ) is amended— in paragraph (10), by striking and at the end; in paragraph (11), by striking the fiscal year 2001 and each fiscal year thereafter. and inserting for fiscal year 2001 through fiscal year 2016; ; and by adding at the end the following: $1,487,257,866 for fiscal year 2017 through fiscal year 2025; and $1,700,000,000 for fiscal year 2026 and each fiscal year thereafter. .
