Section 480 of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 287a ) is amended— in subsection (b), by striking the appropriation of funds as described in subsection

(g)and inserting the availability of funds as described in subsection

(f); in subsection (e)(3), by amending subparagraph

(C)to read as follows: The Director of the Center shall have other transactions authority in entering into transactions to fund projects in accordance with the terms and conditions of this section. ; by striking subsection (f); and by redesignating subsection

(g)as subsection (f).
