Section 105(c)(4)(D) of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 ( 15 U.S.C. 7215(c)(4)(D) ) is amended— in clause (i)— by striking $100,000 and inserting $200,000 ; and by striking $2,000,000 and inserting $4,000,000 ; and in clause (ii)— by striking $750,000 and inserting $1,000,000 ; and by striking $15,000,000 and inserting $20,000,000 . The amendments made by this section shall apply with respect to conduct that occurs after the date of the enactment of this Act.
