Section 2B of the Federal Reserve Act ( 12 U.S.C. 225b ) is amended— by striking semi-annual each place it appears and inserting quarterly ; and in subsection (a)(2)— by inserting and October 20 after July 20 each place it appears; and by inserting and May 20 after February 20 each place it appears. Paragraph
(12)of section 10 of the Federal Reserve Act ( 12 U.S.C. 247b(12) ) is amended by striking semi-annual and inserting quarterly .
