Section 102 of the Federal Credit Union Act ( 12 U.S.C. 1752a ) is amended— in subsection (b)(1)— by striking three and inserting five ; and by striking two and inserting three ; and by amending subsection
(c)to read as follows: The term of office of each member of the Board shall be five years, and the members shall serve staggered terms. Board members shall not be appointed to succeed themselves. Any Board member may continue to serve as such after the expiration of said member's term until a successor has qualified. .
