The reporting requirements in paragraphs
(1)and
(2)under the heading Federal Emergency Management Agency — Disaster Relief Fund in the Department of Homeland Security Appropriations Act, 2015 ( Public Law 114–4 ) shall be applied in fiscal year 2017 with respect to budget year 2018 and current fiscal year 2017, respectively, by substituting fiscal year 2018 for fiscal year 2017 in paragraph (1).
