Sec. 17. Blackfeet water settlement implementation fund

There is established in the Treasury of the United States a nontrust, interest-bearing account, to be known as the Blackfeet Water Settlement Implementation Fund (referred to in this section as the Implementation Fund ), to be managed and distributed by the Secretary, for use by the Secretary for carrying out this Act. The Secretary shall establish in the Implementation Fund the following accounts: The MR&I System, Irrigation, and Water Storage Account. The Blackfeet Irrigation Project Deferred Maintenance and Four Horns Dam Safety Improvements Account.
The St. Mary/Milk Water Management and Activities Fund. The Secretary shall deposit in the Implementation Fund— in the MR&I System, Irrigation, and Water Storage Account, the amount made available pursuant to section 18(a)(2)(A); in the Blackfeet Irrigation Project Deferred Maintenance and Four Horns Dam Safety Improvements Account, the amount made available pursuant to section 18(a)(2)(B); and in the St. Mary/Milk Water Management and Activities Fund, the amount made available pursuant to section 18(a)(2)(C).
The MR&I System, Irrigation, and Water Storage Account shall be used to carry out sections 11 and 12. The Blackfeet Irrigation Project Deferred Maintenance and Four Horns Dam Safety Improvements Account shall be used to carry out section 10. The St. Mary/Milk Water Management and Activities Account shall be used to carry out sections 5 and 7. Amounts in the Implementation Fund shall not be available to the Secretary for expenditure until the enforceability date.
