The proviso in the item relating to Capitol Grounds in title VI of the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 1977 (90 Stat. 1453; 2 U.S.C. 2163 ) is amended by striking appropriated under this heading and inserting appropriated for any available account of the Architect of the Capitol . The amendment made by subsection
(a)shall apply with respect to fiscal year 2017 and each succeeding fiscal year.
