Section 205 of such Act ( 15 U.S.C. 5525 ) is amended— by striking subsection (b); by striking
(a); General Responsibilities.— by striking basic and applied ; by striking computational and inserting networking and information technology ; and by inserting All software and code, along with any subsequent updates to the software and code, developed by the Environmental Protection Agency under the Program and used in conducting scientific research shall be made publically available.
