None of the funds made available by this Act for excess defense articles, assistance under section 2282 of title 10, United States Code, or peacekeeping operations for the countries designated annually to be in violation of the standards of the Child Soldiers Prevention Act of 2008 ( Public Law 110–457 ; 22 U.S.C. 2370c et seq. ) may be used to support any military training or operation that includes child soldiers, as defined by the Child Soldiers Prevention Act of 2008, unless such assistance is otherwise permitted under section 404 of the Child Soldiers Prevention Act of 2008.
