The Secretaries of the Interior and Commerce may provide technical and modeling assistance on request to the State Water Resources Control Board during the drought emergency in effect on the date of enactment of this Act. The Secretaries of the Interior and Commerce shall make publicly available on request any modeling and data provided under subsection (a).
