Clause

(i)of section 4(i)(2)(B) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 ( 15 U.S.C. 78d(i)(2)(B)(i) ) is amended by inserting before the semicolon the following: , except that for fiscal year 2017, the amount deposited may not exceed $43,000,000 .
