Revenues from special recreation permits issued to recreation service providers under subparagraphs

(B)and

(C)of section 803(h)(1) of the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act ( 16 U.S.C. 6802(h)(1) ) shall be used— to partially offset the Secretary’s direct cost of administering the permits; and to improve and streamline the permitting process.
