Section 1631 of the Ike Skelton National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2011 ( Public Law 111–383 ; 124 Stat. 4433; 10 U.S.C. 1561 note) is amended— in subsection
(a)by striking March 1, 2017 and inserting January 31, 2021 ; and by adding at the end the following new subsection: The Secretary of Defense shall ensure that the report required under subsection
(a)for a year is delivered to the Committees on Armed Services of the Senate and House of Representatives simultaneously with the Department of Defense Family Advocacy Report for that year required by section 543 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017. .
