Section 103(b) of the Justice for All Act of 2004 ( Public Law 108–405 ; 118 Stat. 2264) is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009 and inserting 2017 through 2021 ; in paragraph (2), by striking 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009 and inserting 2017 through 2021 ; in paragraph (3), by striking 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009 and inserting 2017 through 2021 ; in paragraph (4), by striking 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009 and inserting 2017 through 2021 ; and in paragraph (5), by striking 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009 and inserting 2017 through 2021 .

Section 1404E(c) of the Victims of Crime Act of 1984 ( 42 U.S.C. 10603e(c) ) is amended by striking 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009 and inserting 2017 through 2021 .
