Title IV of the Social Security Act is amended by inserting after section 418 ( 42 U.S.C. 618 ) the following: For grants under the Child CARE Act, there is appropriated— $3,664,862,604 for fiscal year 2017; $4,121,731,861 for fiscal year 2018; $4,819,546,318 for fiscal year 2019; $5,843,784,371 for fiscal year 2020; and $6,887,236,056 for fiscal year 2021. .
