Section 106(p) of title 49, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph
(7)by adding at the end the following: The Committee shall terminate and this paragraph shall cease to be effective beginning on the date of transfer (as defined in section 90101(a)). ; and by adding at the end the following: Beginning on the date of transfer (as defined in section 90101(a)), the Council shall not develop or submit comments, recommended modifications, or dissenting views directly regarding the ATC Corporation or air traffic services. .
