Section 1115A(b)(2)(B) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1315a(b)(2)(B) ) is amended by adding at the end the following new clause: Focusing primarily on title XIX, preventing major mental illness and substance use disorders and reducing the impact of long-term mental illness and substance use disorders among children, adolescents, pregnant women, and adults through multi-level treatment including but not limited to outreach, clinical assessment and mental health services, and supported education and employment. .
