Section 441(b) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 ( 42 U.S.C. 2751(b) ) is amended to read as follows: There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this part— $975,000,000 for fiscal year 2017; $1,500,000,000 for fiscal year 2018; $2,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2019; $2,500,000,000 for fiscal year 2020; and $3,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2021. .
