Section 320(d)(3) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 1059g(d)(3) ) is amended by striking subparagraph
(A)and inserting the following: No Asian American and Native American Pacific Islander-serving institution that receives funds under this section shall concurrently receive funds under section 316 or 318, or part B. .
