Nothing in this Act shall be construed in such a manner to change or otherwise invalidate any requirements of the Older Americans Act of 1965 ( 42 U.S.C. 3001 et seq. ). Nothing in this Act shall be construed in such a manner to prohibit the coordination of transportation services for transportation-disadvantaged individuals across State lines.
