Section 223(a)(3)(ii) of the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act of 1974 ( 42 U.S.C. 5633(a)(3)(ii) ) is amended— in subclause (III), by inserting , or community-based gang intervention after delinquency prevention or treatment ; and in subclause (IV), by inserting community-based gang intervention, after prevention and treatment, .
