Subtitle B of title IV of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 ( 6 U.S.C. 211 et seq. ) is amended— by striking United States Customs Service each place it appears and inserting U.S. Customs and Border Protection ; by striking Commissioner of Customs each place it appears and inserting Commissioner of U.S. Customs and Border Protection ; in the heading of such subtitle, by striking and inserting United States Customs Service ; and U.S. Customs and Border Protection in section 411— in the section heading, by striking and inserting Commissioner of Customs ; and Commissioner of U.S.
Customs and Border Protection in subsection (b)— in the subsection heading, by striking and inserting Commissioner of Customs ; and Commissioner of U.S. Customs and Border Protection in paragraph (1), by striking Customs Service and inserting U.S. Customs and Border Protection .
