Subsection

(l)of section 205 of the SAFE Port Act ( 6 U.S.C. 945 ) is amended— by striking and inserting .—Not later than September 30, 2007,

(1)In general Not later than 270 days after the date of the enactment of the Border and Maritime Security Coordination Improvement Act, ; and by striking paragraph (2).
