Subsection
(a)of section 2006 of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 ( 6 U.S.C. 607 ) is amended— in paragraph (1)— by inserting States and high-risk urban areas use after that ; and by striking is used ; and in paragraph (2), by amending subparagraph
