Section 2003 of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 ( 6 U.S.C. 604 ) is amended by— redesignating subsection
(e)as subsection (f); and inserting after subsection
(d)the following new subsection: The Administrator shall make funds provided under this section available for use by a recipient of a grant for a period of not less than 36 months. . Section 2004 of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 ( 6 U.S.C. 605 ) is amended by— redesignating subsection
(f)as subsection (g); and inserting after subsection
(e)the following the new subsection: The Administrator shall make funds provided under this section available for use by a recipient of a grant for a period of not less than 36 months. . Section 1406 of the Implementing Recommendations of the 9/11 Commission Act ( 6 U.S.C. 1135 ; Public Law 110–53 ) is amended by— redesignating subsection
(m)as subsection (n); and inserting after subsection
(l)the following new subsection: The Secretary shall make funds provided under this section available for use by a recipient of a grant for a period of not less than 36 months. .
