Section 1888(e) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1395yy(e) ), as amended by section 411(a) of the Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act of 2015, is amended— in paragraph (5)(B)— in clause (i), by striking clauses
(ii)and
(iii)and inserting clause
(ii); in clause (ii), by striking subject to clause (iii), ; and by striking clause (iii); and in paragraph (6)(A)(i), by striking clauses
(ii)and
(iii)of paragraph (5)(B) and inserting paragraph (5)(B)(ii) . Section 1886(j) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1395ww(j) ), as amended by section 411(b) of the Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act of 2015, is amended— in paragraph (3)(C)— in clause (i), by striking clauses
(ii)and
(iii)and inserting clause
(ii); in clause (ii), by striking Subject to clause (iii), after and inserting After ; and by striking clause (iii); and in paragraph (7)(A)(i), by striking subparagraphs (C)(iii) and
(D)of paragraph
(3)and inserting paragraph (3)(D) . Section 1895(b)(3)(B) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1395fff(b)(3)(B) ), as amended by section 411(c) of the Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act of 2015, is amended— in clause (iii), by striking the last sentence; and in clause (vi)(I), by striking (except 2018) . Section 1886(m)(3) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1395ww(m)(3) ), as amended by section 411(e) of the Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act of 2015, is amended— in subparagraph (A), by striking Subject to subparagraph (C), in implementing and inserting In implementing ; and by striking subparagraph (C). The amendments made by this section shall be effective as if included in the enactment of the Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act of 2015.
