Of the unobligated balances of appropriations in Public Law 108–199 , Public Law 109–234 , and Public Law 110–28 made available for the Emergency Watershed Protection Program , $2,400,000 shall be available for the purposes of such program for any disaster occurring fiscal year 2016 or fiscal year 2017, and shall remain available until expended.
