The Innocence Protection Act of 2004 ( 18 U.S.C. 3600 note) is amended— in section 412(b) ( 42 U.S.C. 14136e(b) ), by striking 2005 through 2009 and inserting 2016 through 2021 ; and in section 426(a) ( 42 U.S.C. 14163e(a) ), by striking 2005 through 2009 and inserting 2016 through 2021 .
