The Secretary may acquire non-public land within the boundaries of the National Conservation Areas, the Wilderness Areas, or the Special Management Areas established by this Act only through exchange, donation, or purchase from a willing seller. Land acquired under this section shall— become part of the National Conservation Areas, the Wilderness Areas, or the Special Management Areas involved; and be managed in accordance with this Act and any other applicable laws.
