Section 1312(d)(3) of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act ( 42 U.S.C. 18032(d)(3) ) is amended by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: Notwithstanding any other provision of law, for plan years beginning after the date of the enactment of the SCOTUScare Act of 2015, the only health plans that the Federal Government may make available to Justices of the Supreme Court and Supreme Court staff with respect to their service as a Justice of the Supreme Court or Supreme Court staff shall be health plans that are— created under this Act (or an amendment made by this Act); or offered through an Exchange established under this Act (or an amendment made by this Act).
In this section: The term Justice of the Supreme Court means any Associate Justice or Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States. The term Supreme Court staff means any individual who is an employee of the Supreme Court of the United States. .
