There are authorized to be appropriated for fiscal year 2016, in addition to any other sums authorized to be appropriated for this purpose, $5,000,000 for additional expenses related to the enforcement of section 210401 of the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994 ( 42 U.S.C. 14141 ), criminal enforcement (18 U.S.C. 241 and 242), and administrative enforcement by the Department of Justice, and $3,300,000 for additional expenses related to conflict resolution by the Department of Justice’s Community Relations Service.
