Section 331(a)(3)(D) of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 254d(a)(3) ) is amended by inserting (including pediatric mental health subspecialty services) after pediatrics . Clause
(i)of section 331(a)(3)(E) of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 254d(a)(3)(E) ) is amended by inserting (and pediatric subspecialists thereof) before the period at the end. Section 338B(b)(1)(B) of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 254l–1(b)(1)(B) ) is amended by inserting , including any physician child and adolescent psychiatry residency or fellowship training program after be enrolled in an approved graduate training program in medicine, osteopathic medicine, dentistry, behavioral and mental health, or other health profession .
