In fiscal year 2016, the National Institute of Standards and Technology may use unobligated balances from the National Institute of Standards and Technology—Industrial Technology Services account for the purposes of and subject to the limitations in section 34(e)(2) of the National Institute of Standards and Technology Act ( 15 U.S.C. 278s(e)(2) ).
