Section 4s(k)(3)(B) of the Commodity Exchange Act ( 7 U.S.C. 6s(k)(3)(B) ) is amended to read as follows: A compliance report under subparagraph
(A)shall— include a certification that, under penalty of law, the compliance report is materially accurate and complete; and be furnished at such time as the Commission determines by rule, regulation, or order, to be appropriate. .
