Section 1001 of the Highway and Transportation Funding Act of 2014 ( Public Law 113–159 ; 128 Stat. 1840; 129 Stat. 219) is amended— in subsection (a), by striking July 31, 2015 and inserting September 30, 2015 ; in subsection (b)(1)— by striking July 31, 2015 and inserting September 30, 2015 ; and by striking and inserting 304/365 ; and 365/365 in subsection (c)— in paragraph (1)— by striking July 31, 2015 and inserting September 30, 2015 ; and by striking and inserting 304/365 ; and 365/365 in paragraph (2)(B), by striking by this subsection .

Section 1102 of MAP–21 ( 23 U.S.C. 104 note; Public Law 112–141 ) is amended— in subsection (a)(3)— by striking $33,528,284,932 and inserting $40,256,000,000 ; and by striking July 31, 2015 and inserting September 30, 2015 ; in subsection (b)(12)— by striking July 31, 2015 and inserting September 30, 2015 ; and by striking and inserting 304/365 ; 365/365 in subsection (c)— in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking July 31, 2015 and inserting September 30, 2015 ; and in paragraph (2)— by striking July 31, 2015 and inserting September 30, 2015 ; and by striking and inserting 304/365 ; and 365/365 in subsection (f)(1), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking July 31, 2015 and inserting September 30, 2015 .

Section 1123(h)(1) of MAP–21 ( 23 U.S.C. 202 note; Public Law 112–141 ) is amended— by striking $24,986,301 and inserting $30,000,000 ; and by striking July 31, 2015 and inserting September 30, 2015 .
