Chapter 53 of title 49, United States Code, is amended— by striking section 5319; in section 5325— in subsection (e)(2), by striking at least two ; and in subsection (h), by striking Federal Public Transportation Act of 2012 and inserting ; Federal Public Transportation Act of 2015 in section 5336— in subsection (a), by striking subsection (h)(4) and inserting subsection (h)(5) ; and in subsection (h), as amended by division G— by striking paragraph
(1)and inserting the following: $30,000,000 for each fiscal year shall be set aside to carry out section 5307(h); ; and in paragraph (3), by striking 1.5 percent and inserting 2 percent ; and in section 5340(b), by striking section 5338(b)(2)(M) and inserting section 5338(a)(2)(O) . The table of sections for chapter 53 of title 49, United States Code, is amended by striking the item relating to section 5319 and inserting the following: [5319. Repealed.] . Section 10501(c) of title 49, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph (1)— in subparagraph (A)(i), by striking section 5302(a) and inserting section 5302 ; and in subparagraph (B)— by striking mass transportation and inserting public transportation ; and by striking section 5302(a) and inserting section 5302 ; and in paragraph (2)(A), by striking mass transportation and inserting public transportation .
