Section 5315 of title 49, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: Nothing in this section shall be construed to alter— the eligibilities, requirements, or priority for assistance provided under this chapter; or the requirements of section 5306(a). . Section 20013(d) of the Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century Act ( Public Law 112–141 ; 126 Stat. 694) is amended by striking 5307(c) and inserting 5307(b) .
